News from the first day of the Red Bull Empire of Dirt. Winds in the morning gave way to clear conditions in the afternoon, so practice got underway. During practice, the main focus for the riders was the mid section of the course which includes the halfpipe, three wall rides and a spine. After a few hours of practice, the riders turned their attention to the Decoy Trails in Newton Abbot. S&M’s Tony Cardona won the ‘Riders Rider’ award, and was presented with an Epiphone guitar for his efforts. And don’t forget about the live feed below...
