  • FBM BRAWLIN AT THE BELMAR

  • Long ago, dirt comps were 1-2 doubles set up alongside the DK trailer with some weird announcing from Sweet Lou and lots of buffoonery. They comps were well documented in early issues of Props, and FBM is bringing it back. They're calling it an "old school style dirt jump comp," and it's happening on July 28 in Binghamton, NY. The dirt comp is located behind the bar known as the Belmar, and it is sure to attract a wild assortment of locals. Expect a huge set of doubles, some random jumps, and ghetto style obstacles, DJ's on Hand playing all of your least favorite music, lots of people having fun, and Jimmy Chow saying some of the most outrageous things you have ever heard. The site is merely a couple blocks from Kennedy's fried chicken, and Dave King will be in charge of dialing the jumps in after he gets done building at the Elevation comp in Whistler. Check http://www.fbmbmx.com for the full-on info behind what could be the event of the summer. Is that Todd Lyons on the flyer?
