  • INTERBIKE THIEVES STRIKE AGAIN

  • Dig editor/photographer Sandy Carson is the latest victim of the theft ring that plagued Interbike this year. His photographic prints, which were on display first at the Rebel Jam and then transported to Vegas via Andy Zeiss, were lifted on the final day of the show from the T-1 booth.

The prints are worth a lot of money. Included in the collection are prints of Jimmy Levan, Jamie Bestwick and an abstract desert shot. If anyone wants to e-mail Sandy with information about the theft, please do so by sending him a message at

And if, by chance, the thief wants to return them anonymously, they can send them to T-1 at the following address:

    T-1

    P.O. Box 6518

    Austin, TX 78762

Sandy's also offering up a reward of an 11x14 print of any image off of his Web site, which is http://www.sandycarson.com, and finally, he had this to say: "Fuck theiving gypsy bmxers."

That message additionally goes out to the thieves that stole from Macneil, Fly, Wethepeople and every other company that had parts stolen from Interbike this year. And my final point is this: Don't steal from the people that try to make BMX better. Simple as that.
