While everyone in the world plus their mother is looking to perfect the plastic pedal, Profile has been working on a CNC machined platform pedal that’s not only lightweight, but will outlast it’s softer counterpart. The new prototypes feature a bushing/bearing combo, a slim design and an overall weight of just 18.8 ounces. Testing has been going great so far, so look for these soon.
And while on the subject of Profile, they’ve also got 50 to 60 sets of rasta-colored hubs in the works. These are super limited and available internationally. Keep checking the Profile site for release dates of both the pedals and the hubs.
