  • NIKE 6.0 TUNNEL JAM RESULTS

  • posted 4 months ago

  • Max Vincent, Federal.

“The Nike 6.0 Tunnel Jam went off this weekend as 10 invited industry teams battled it out in the custom-built underground 80 metre long park.

More then fifty riders enjoyed two days of practice sessions on the virgin park (built and designed by the local riders and crews from the surrounding area), followed by a daylong Jam on Saturday that split the ten thousand dollar prize purse.”

    Results:

    Best Team:
    Nike 6.0 Global
(Dennis Enarson, Garrett Reynolds, Maxime Charveron, Bjorn ‘Bommel’ Mager)
The whole crew threw down, however Dennis Enarson stood out above the rest with insane flowing lines from one end of the course to the other including a huge no handed transfer over the massive sub box.

    Second place: Dk Bikes
(Brett Banasiewicz, Drew Beznason, Josh Cox, Anthony Watkins)

    Third place: Federal
(Max Vincent, Ty Morrow, Dan Lacey, Mark Love)

    Fourth place: Fly Bikes
(Kevin Kalkhoff, Daneil ‘Naran’ Penafiel, Stefan Lantschner, Dylan Smith)

Best Rider (As judged by the riders):
Baz Keep with his crazy pocket transfers and the highest airs of the weekend.

    Best Line:
Dan Lacey for a huge over vert Ruben wallride to 180 gap across the course.

    Best Trick:
Jason Phelan - tailwhip launch to double peg grind.

“The Nike 6.0 Tunnel Jam park has been left to be managed and enjoyed by the local scene who now have the keys to one of the most unique parks in the UK. Massive thanks to all the riders, build crew, filmers and photographers that worked together to make Tunnel Jam such a special event.”

    Leo Forte, United Bike Co.

    Rider’s Choice, Sebastian Keep.
