After the success of stage one at the Nokia FISE in France in May, the NASS sports festival will host the next round of the Braun CruZer Tour on July 7th in Bath, UK. Mark Webb’s (GBR) outrageous final run at FISE saw him take the Tour leader’s position and open his 2007 campaign as he left off. Webb’s Flatspin 900 was one of the most spectacular tricks ever seen on a mini-ramp and the question is ‘what will he come up with next?’ Webb’s mastery of the mini-ramp has helped him win the previous two Braun CruZer Tours, but his grip on this year’s title is by no means unbreakable. As always, fellow countryman and 2005 and 06 runner-up, Ben Wallace, was hot on his heals in France and will no doubt bring something out of his bag for the NASS stage. Also set to make more headlines is 22-year-old Venezuelan Daniel Dhers. The 2006 Dew Tour Park series and LG Action Games winner was a crowd favourite and will be looking to improve on his third place at stage one. The Braun CruZer mini-ramp, which will be assembled by a special team at the NASS, was recently used for an exhibition event at the Eurockéennes Music Festival in France. Unfortunately Webb’s and sixth-placed stage one finisher Phil Aller’s (GBR) bikes were misplaced by their airline and they were unable to ride, however three other Braun CruZer Tour riders ripped up the ramp to the delight of a huge crowd.

THIRD ANNUAL MIDLAND JAM (STATEN ISLAND, NY)
WHEN: July 8, 2007
LOCATION: Benjamin Soto Skatepark, Staten Island, NY
INFO: Staten Island, NY was the weird borough of NYC that I was born in. I don't understand the place but I gotta at least say it's an ok place to be born or buy meatballs if you're in Stanzione's neighborhood (off Victory Blvd.) The 3rd Annual Midland Jam is a good time, at a good skatepark, and it's sponsored by Grouphome Bikes and Animal Bikes. They're searching for more sponsors and if anyone wants to send them money, it's for a good cause. Get involved and e-mail for more info.
