RANDOM PHOTO OP: AARON BOSTROM

Aaron Bostrom came through Cleveland, Ohio on his way from LA to build a skatepark somewhere east of Pittsburgh with fellow crew members Burly Matt and Ty Stuyvesant. Before Aaron stopped by, he was down in Puerto Rico with Ty, surfing and using the beach as their hotel for the week.

Just as Burly Matt was driving up from southern Ohio to pick Aaron up, I met him at a spot where some of the other local riders had built these sketchy little makeshift ramps out of what they could find nearby. Sometimes, sketchy setups are the best kind of ramps to ride, and these were indeed fun.

Pictured here is Aaron pulling a footplant from a kinked little transition. And afterwards, he headed off to make some more ramps for others to enjoy…
