The upper is constructed of action leather, featuring a high profile mid-top design with thick ankle padding to provide added support and comfort. The action upper features perforated leather, detailed stitching and a mesh fabric tongue, which is complimented by elasticized keeper straps, padded tongue and collar, smooth lining and a compression-molded EVA insole with arch support and heel safe gel. The 4130’s outsole is a tried and trusted design which has been in the Duffs family since the company’s inception way, way back in 1993.
