Federal’s latest freecoaster (V2) was designed around patented KHE internals, utilizing a new feature which allows for the user to adjust the freecoaster slack without dismantling the hub. It used to take some pretty intricate fine-tuning to adjust freecoaster slack, but V2 puts an end to that; V2’s slack can be simply adjusted by inserting an allen key into the end of the axle. But that’s not the only feature on Federal’s latest freecoaster. The V2 is available in RHD with either a 9t or 10t driver, and 36h or 48h options.
