I know what you’re thinking. Why in the heck is Dig devoting an entire product write-up to a piece of velcro? So let me explain. It’s Interbike week. If you check out the Dig This section, we’re doing daily updates of all things new in the BMX product world, so there’s no shortage of new goods to check out on the Dig site in the coming week. And besides, sometimes the little things get overlooked, like cable straps. I personally think velcro cable straps add a nice, simplistic touch to a bike (if you use brakes) and unlike a zip-tie, it’s reusable. So Kink made these nice velcro straps to ensure that your cable isn’t hanging off your bike like a drunk sorority girl on a Thursday night. Anyways, if you’re still not convinced that a cable strap merits an entire product write-up, I apologize. It could’ve been worse though. I was originally planning to do a write-up on either Utz potato chips or just socks in general…
