Nike 6.0 Oncores arrived at my house a few weeks back in a box full of fake feathers. Upon opening the box, feathers went everywhere in my apartment, and my cat saw an open box, so he darted into it and spread even more feathers all over the place. Finally, after retrieving the shoes, I cleaned up the feathers and threw the box out in the garbage. But still, a bunch of feathers fell everywhere next to the garbage cans. A few hours later, I was in the laundry room when a neighbor came out into the backyard and said, "Holy crap, someone killed a chicken out here!"
But back to the shoes. Nike 6.0 Oncores are comfortable, breathable and grippy, with just the right amount of tech features to keep Nike 6.0 at the forefront of superior footwear construction. Some of the features of the Oncore model include: Low Profile design without sacrificing cushioning (Zoom airbag in heel), Flexible grooves set into the forefoot allow flexibility, Reinforced toecap uses TPU injection to help resist blowouts, Thick padded perforated breathable tongue with internal stabiliser straps, Padded heel collar, Internal lower lace loops help protect laces, and an availability in cool, unique color schemes.
That's not all though. The Nike 6.0 BMX team endorses the Oncore, and all of those dudes are jumping down more stairs than my knees are allowed to walk down, meaning they can take some hard landings and deep impacts without blowouts. In fact, "Worn by Garrett Reynolds" is a feature of the Oncore. If you're in the market for quality engineered footwear that keeps style, function and flexibility in mind, then check out the Oncores...
