More than a few years ago, Solid Bikes developed an American made stem that was often copied but never duplicated. It was light years ahead of its time in that it was light, hollowed out of any unnecessary material and high quality. Well, it's still here, and it's even lighter now. Additionally, it now features a rear cut out between the two rear pinch bolts which houses the gyro plate (if you're using a gyro) and could also remain bare (if you don't use a gyro). The stem is CNC machined in the U.S. from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. It features a frontload hollow body design with 1.875" reach, removable gyro plate and a weight of 11.0 ozs. It's available in black, red, green, blue and purple. The Solid Sprocket is available in a slew of colors (silver, red, green, purple, blue or black) and sizes (24, 25, 28, 30, 33, and 36 tooth). It features a 22mm spindle hole and it's constructed of 6013 aluminum. It's light too (25t =2.5 oz., 36t =5 oz.)
