Desmond Rhodes AKA Blackman is working on "Desmond Rhodes - King of NYC Streets Part 2" and dropped this quick promo to build a bit of hype.  We'll be keeping and eye out to see what the self-proclaimed "king of NYC streets" releases next, because if one thing is for sure Blackman keeps in entertaining.
