Luc is the kind of guy who is hard to define. In fact, i've met him a bunch of times now and I can't say I know a lot about him, apart from that he's got something pretty special going on. Not held back by the perpetual grasp of the Internet infatuated modern-day world and it's incessant appetite for communicating, usually invisibly, Luc prefers the complete opposite and lives a life that appears to be entirely fulfilling and above all, fun. We met up with the man himself while he was in Scotland last summer visiting his BSD teammates and managed to get a few sunny days riding, and ironically, through the power of the World-Wide Web, we later asked him these random as fuck questions...
What is your favourite thing to do on a Saturday night?
I live by the sea now and there is no nightlife around. So I prefer to be at home with my friends sharing a good meal and drinking rum to continue the fear and loathing until the sunrise.

Lasagna, Couscous, Curry.

A banana, between my camera and a mountain guide.
Best destination to take a date? How did the last one work out?
Always a pub; the last one was six years ago and she was the good one.

An island to live in a community with all my friends, without laws, where everyone is smiling and all people are welcome.

What happened in your last dream?
I always forget my dreams but it often happens in space or sea with lots of weird stuff happening.

A surf session this morning with my best friend Mik. I saw him do the biggest whip out I've ever seen. It was so ridiculous.

Which rider do you relate to the most?
Anto cause he lives in France, so it's easier to spend time together. And I love his artistic life. But on the last trip I had really good times with Reed, he is the man.
