Jake Frost has been killing it on the New England scene for a while now, with recognition via 90East projects and some action in Fit and Animal videos. Here's a little look into Jake's life as a bike messenger in downtown Boston during the day and enjoying riding the BMX after hours, plus working on his part for the upcoming 90East video. Trying to ride after pedaling around all day making deliveries is not an easy task by any means.
