The Salt Lake City scene has always nurtured some of the best and most creative riders BMX has ever witnessed. Local SLC-based videos "That's It" and "Killjoy" raised the bar for for independent full-lengths; Shawn "Elf" Walters is continuing the tradition with his latest DVD "Dollar Bet", and took three years to compile.
