The Battle in the Streets jam was back this past august for another full day of riding throughout Vancouver, where one rider walked away with the $1000 cash prize. The day started at plaza skatepark where riders met and warmed up before heading out to the first spot of the day. Daniel Chernetski & Brett Horikiri did a great job of organizing the event, guiding everyone to a variety of different spots, while handling cops/security. 

They followed with an after party for all the riders where Tristan Sweet premiered his two year project “Overtime”, along with James Dean’s World Deece video and Chad Ferch’s recent part for Untied bikes, made by Aamon Farr. After all was said and done, Lynden Chartrand was awarded over all rider of the day, earning the cash prize and winner of The Battle in the Streets. - BR
