"I've always wanted to ride the white quarter walls of SDSU. When I finally got there I was riding around with Christian and he was blasting the steeper side. Not the face which was like a perfect quarter, but the side with a sand bag underneath. and I was like how the fuck you do that? And tried it a fair few times until I got the hang of it and thought maybe I can flair/dip5 off that and finally gave it a go which worked first time luckily. But I did almost die on one when I let the manual down down too early and my hand blew of upside down haha"

"Just another rad day at the Markit ramps with a solid crew. While I tried to get a clip there, but couldn't think of what to do but it's just rad getting anything done on those ramps because of how fun they are. I started with the 360 one footed euro, then had the 360 tuck to look back on my mind for so long, but never tried it until this day. Was stoked to get it none the less"

"Can't really remember what we were laughing about in this photo exactly, but would probably be about the night before at the bar or something. We are always shit talking about something haha"

"Just another day thinking of spots to try some weird things on. I was watching some old Markit edits from SD and seen this sick blue ledge and Christian was like yea it's around the corner. I've always wanted to get a nice long nac nose to 180, but never found the right one. So we rocked up and i honestly must have tried over 100 times, and almost gave up, but the dudes kept saying you got this. And when I finally got it I was pumped, as always it was a good day"

"So after I finally got the manual to flair I was so pumped to just keep riding that quick tranny wall and just started doing random tricks off it. Joey shot them and one was this one foot tabes that turned out sweet. Joey is always so rad and funny to shoot with love that dude"

"Before the 360 one foot over the guard rail thought I would do a straight tabes while warming up. Then Colin decided to shoot one and honestly turned out to be one of my most favourite photos ever taken of me. I was stoked on it, thank you Colin"

"Was a typical day in SD. Wake up and head out to hit up some spots. I've always want to do like a 360 one foot tabes on a street spot somehow. That's when Christian was like I know a spot and took me to the stadium which was dope. Took me a few tries but finally got it done then gave the horns to the car park haha"

While Jason Watts was in San Diego filming for his outstanding new Haro 2017 section Colin MacKay, Joey Cobbs, and Christian Rigal each took their turns snapping shots of him. As Jason went to work on spots around town the three photographers all captured great moments and clicked tricks.
