"For the third year in a row since starting 040BMX, the 2024 jam happened in the middle of summer. The weather forecast was not looking good so four days before the jam we had to come up with an alternative plan; calling the jam off was not an option. Friends worked together and we did some DIY pallet setups under a bridge on the street. It felt like those late 80s/early 90s street jams we all romanticize; DIY ghetto ramps, music, riding, friends, grill and messing around. People came from as far as 700km to gather with us on a soaking wet saturday afternoon. Here is what went down.
