Really stoked on this new video from Traffic BMX/WTP/eclat rider Robin Bourhis, not just because it is packed with excellent clips and spots (and a really sick banger), but also because it's helping towards Robin's humanitarian mission to provide children with a better educational system in Morocco. "This project isn’t just a regular video part for my local bike shop “Le Comptoir Bike Shop”, it has another aspect which I am really chuffed to tell you about.

In February 2022, I will be taking part in a humanitarian rally-race called “The 4L Trophy” with a very good friend of mine, Katell. It is a yearly humanitarian rally onboard the mythical Renault 4L across France, Spain and Morocco that aims to provide children with a better educational system in Morocco. Every year, there are over 2000 teams that take part in this project. Each team is formed by 2 people under the age of 28 and we have to bring as much schooling supplies, sporting equipment and food as possible. Every donation will be given away to charities to help build new facilities across the region of Errachidia. In addition to the humanitarian aspect, the aim of the rally is not to be the fastest team but to be able to reach the meeting points by doing as few kilometers as possible using only a map and a compass.

However, in order to meet our budget we need to raise some money and to do so, we can either find sponsorships or people willing to donate a little bit of money for the project. In short, our global budget is broken down into several things such as: the purchase of the car, the repairs, the fees of enrollment & communication, fuel and toll, bank and insurance fees, food and equipment for the race and last but not least : Donations for children.

When I talked to David (the owner of the shop) about this special adventure, he was willing to provide us with financial help but in exchange, I had to make a video part. A couple months later, I was done filming and the video really started taking shape. I hope this video will get people pumped to go out and have fun on their bikes because this is what BMX is all about to me.
