Setups - Jacob Cable
A Kink X Odyssey ride with a Doyle approved seatpost

If there ever was a nose wheelie challenge* then I’d put some money on this guy. Jacob Cable’s Kink and Odyssey setup allows him to casually ride on either wheel indefinitely, and with some grinds in or out. Check out what he’s currently riding down in Huntington Beach with the Common Crew.
(*Please don’t organize one, it actually sounds really boring. Or at least come up with a better name than nose wheelie challenge.)

Favorite part? I would have to say the forks because nose manuals.
Oldest part? Probably my wheels.
How are you with bike maintenance? Terrible.
How often do you build a new bike? It honestly differs, sometimes a few months or over a year.
What do you like riding these days? Anything in the streets.
Upcoming plans? Rhode Island with the Odyssey/ Sunday boys!
Where do you see yourselves in 5 years? How old will you be? In 5 years I will be 24 years old and I see myself doing what I'm doing now, riding/filming trying my hardest to stay young haha!
For those who don't know, tell us about the Common Crew. Common Crew is a group of homies that started riding bikes in middle school and all became close friends after a bunch of sessions at local schools. We started to make a DVD in middle school/ high school which I feel brought us all super close together and I don't know where I'd be without any of those dudes. We make apparel and videos so keep your eyes open for what the future holds!
Sponsors and shoutouts? Common Crew, Kink BMX, Odyssey BMX, Vans. Shouts to all of them for being the best brands ever, shouts to my friends, family and lady, and shouts to Andrew at DIG for the article!
