I can honestly say I don't think I've ever felt so lucky and privileged to be offered to go on a trip... It's cliche to say but I never thought BMX would take me to somewhere like South Africa. That plane ride was horrible; whoever I was sitting next to must have hated me acting like a kid on Christmas with my face up against the window the whole time. This was the first trip we took to film for Above Below and despite the intense heat the crew managed to film some crazy stuff. In fact, Lacey's first clip he filmed for his Above section in Cape Town turned out to be his ender for the whole video. Here's some of my favourite photos from our time there, enjoy.
